Payment
Payment is currently PAYPAL only. Payment through PayPal is safe, secure, and simple.
All orders must be paid within 48 hours. After that period unpaid orders will be canceled.
Shipping
Ready-to-Ship items are shipped within 24 hours.
Rates to US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand are for ground or surface mail. Surface mail is the cheapest way to ship; it is reliable and often the items arrive as quickly as by air.
I never had an item lost or damaged – I have shipped more then 160 items so far.
I never charge my customers for the “h” part of “s&h”.
If you are ordering multiple items, please contact me ahead about combined s&h.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase please email me at design@lilies-of-the-valley.com to request a return.
Returns are done in the form of exchange. We will gladly exchange your item in the event of the following:
* If there is a defect in the materials used or the craftsmanship of the garment.
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt. Items should be in their original condition (not worn), no returns will be accepted if garment has been worn or sent back in questionable condition.
Please email us prior to shipping any returns, specifying the reason for the return.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Please check measurements carefully before ordering to ensure proper fit.

All customized items are final sale.

FIT GUIDE
Detailed measurements are taken of each garment. Please measure against a similar item in your wardrobe to ensure a proper fit. Lay garment perfectly flat.
For bust, waist, and hips, double measurements.
Bust 1” below armhole
Waist natural waist (approx 7” below armhole)
Hips fullest part of hips (approx 15” below armhole)
Length from top of shoulder to bottom of hem
Sleeve length from armpit to sleeve hem
Shoulder width from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your garment, please contact me and I will resolve the problem.
